When mental health starts to take over then we forget to look after ourselves, washing less, not changing your clothes and avoiding things that make us happy, like hoobies.
When we get the chance to help our clients to engage in hobbies it may look like we are having fun or “not working” but it is more than that. We are improving our client’s mental health, giving them a bounce in their step to face what may come tomorrow and most of all giving them memories to look back on.
